Whether it is organising a team for a fixture, organising social functions or sending out notices such as AGM dates, minutes or association notices it is expensive and time consuming.

Wouldn’t you like to communicate with everyone with one click of the mouse? Nearly everybody has access to the internet be it at home, at work, at school or at a friends house. Why not use this to simply reach everyone - quickly and easily?
What is Clubmail ?
1. A specific domain name for your club e.g. HockeyClub.org.im, BlueJays.com, this can be used for email or to host a web site.
2. Email addresses for every member at your domain to be used for club correspondence or any correspondence.

3. Mail forwarding service to an email address each member specifies. You tell us where you want the mail to be sent and we configure our system to forward it*.
4. An all member email address to be used to reach all club members with one message.
What is the cost?
We understand that every penny counts with social clubs and so we have kept the cost to a minimum. The annual cost is
£25.00 for the domain and £1 per email address. The Treasurer, Secretary and Chairman are included at no extra cost.
*If you wish to change the forwarding address once set up there is also an administration charge of £5.
