iPASS FAQs

What is iPass
iPass is an international network of ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in over 150 countries which allows you to dial into the internet at local call rates.

What are the costs?
You pay for the cost of a telephone call at the relevant countrys' local rate plus an additional pro rate call charge dependent on the country rate. Please see latest call rates.

How long will it take for my account application to be processed?
Simply complete our online application and a credit card debit authorisation form and our Accounts will contact you immediately to go through your requirements.

How do I configure Outlook Express to retrieve my emails?
You do not have to do anything as no settings need changing.

How do I send emails?
Go to "Tools", "Accounts" and click the mail tab, select Advanced Systems mail account from the list (if more than one account setup), click "Properties" this will open a new window. Click on the Servers tab, at the bottom of this window is the option "My Server Requires Authentication" put a tick in this box, then click the Settings box. Click "Log on Using" and then enter your Username and Password and tick Remember Password. Then click on "OK" , "OK" again and then close.

Can iPass be used to access my companys network?
Yes. The iPass software can be used with all leading Virtual Private Network (VPN) solutions.
