Celebrating our 10th anniversary in style

With our 10th anniversary year coinciding with launch of the first Manx-licensed online casino we decided we had to celebrate!  

Hence on the 25th January, together with Skanco Business Systems, we hosted a reception which was attended by the owners of Casino Atlantis online (SunOnline Ltd), together with members of the Isle of Man Government and the Islands business community and gave them the opportunity to see a live online casino in operation.

Come and visit us at the Looking To The Future Exhibition

We are manning a stand at the "Looking To The Future Exhibition" in conjunction with our sister company PDMS and BetInternetcom PLC, the leading international sports betting company.  The venue is the Mount Murray Sport Hall from Noon Thursday 21st March to Saturday 23rd March.

The exhibition will be an excellent chance for us to show our services and also highlight possible future job opportunities within our company.

Telephone Exchange Problems affecting our Dial-up Customers

Some dial-up customers may be experiencing problems.  Users affected will find that they cannot connect successfully first and receive "number unobtainable" messages when making a call and trying to connect to the internet.  

We are working with Manx Telecom to resolve the problem, which we believe is due to a software fault at the telephone exchange, as a matter of urgency, and will post any updates on our network status page.  In the meantime we ask that our customer bear with us and we will ensure that normal service is resumed as soon as is possible  It is intermittent so please retry if you cannot connect.

Temporary suspension of iPass service to various Eastern Block countries

Customers who use our iPass service to connect to the internet whilst travelling should note that access to iPass in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan has been temporarily blocked.  iPass have informed us that this has been necessary due to cases of unauthorized use of customers user details and passwords.  This action has been taken for our customers protection, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Due to demand - increase in our dial up connections

Due to an increase in our dial-up customer base, some users may have occasionally experienced engaged tones at peak times.  We have now increased the size of our dial-up pool to alleviate this problem and services are now running normally.
