Users affected will find that they cannot connect successfully first and receive "number unobtainable" messages when making a call and trying to connect to the internet.We are working with Manx Telecom to resolve the problem, which we believe is due to a software fault at the telephone exchange, as a matter of urgency, and will post any updates on our network status page. In the meantime we ask that our customer bear with us and we will ensure that normal service is resumed as soon as is possible It is intermittent so please retry if you cannot connect.For information on our network status at any time please visit our website http://www.advsys.co.uk/network/status.asp .Temporary suspension of iPass service to various Eastern Block countries Customers who use our iPass service to connect to the internet whilst trave lling should note that access to iPass in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan has been temporarily blocked. iPass have informed us that this has been necessary due to cases of unauthorized use of customers user details and passwords.
